So I started my 24 Day Challenge today. I'm participating in the AdvoCare Transformation Contest. This is my second go around with the Advocare Herbal Cleanse. The first time I did this back in August, I lost 11 pounds and I dropped three pant sizes. I had to buy all new pants. I also dropped one shirt size. I am really pumped about this time around because it is a 72 day contest and this time I have the AdvoCare "Can You 24?" Exercise DVD to go along with it. My starting pictures are here also. I had Hayden take these pictures of me this morning. It's amazing how far I've come with the 30 pounds that I lost last year. I still have a bunch of weight to lose but the transformation already is amazing.I'll post updates at 24, 48 and 72 days so that you all can see the changes that I've made.
